Rachel: So, have you made up your mind about the job?
Sarah: Not quite. I’m having second thoughts.
Rachel: I thought you were excited about it.
Sarah: I was. The salary is great, but I’d have to relocate.
Rachel: And that’s bothering you?
Sarah: More than I expected. I’d be leaving everything I’ve built here behind.
Rachel: Maybe you’re just afraid of making the wrong choice.
Sarah: That’s probably part of it. Sometimes I wish decisions came with a guarantee.
