Today, I was trying to focus on a difficult report, but he kept interrupting me to talk about his weekend. I didn’t want to be rude, so I just nodded and smiled. Eventually, I had to put on my headphones to block out the noise. I really need to find a way to tell him politely to back off when I’m busy.
