This afternoon, I left work later than usual and realized it was raining heavily. I didn’t have an umbrella, so I waited inside for a while. When the rain slowed down, I made a run for it but still got wet. By the time I got home, my clothes were soaked. I opened the fridge looking for something to eat, but there was nothing there. I decided to order food instead. While the delivery was on the way, I took a hot shower to warm up. When the food arrived, I ate while watching TV. After that, I called it a day and went to bed.

Nesta tarde, saí do trabalho mais tarde do que o habitual e percebi que estava chovendo forte. Eu não tinha guarda-chuva, então esperei um pouco lá dentro. Quando a chuva diminuiu, corri até lá fora, mas ainda assim me molhei. Quando cheguei em casa, minhas roupas estavam encharcadas. Abri a geladeira procurando algo para comer, mas não tinha nada. Decidi pedir comida. Enquanto a entrega não chegava, tomei um banho quente para me aquecer. Quando a comida chegou, comi assistindo à TV. Depois disso, dei o dia por encerrado e fui dormir.
