I was being interviewed for a job and the interviewer asked me, “What animal would you like to be reincarnated as?” So I said a cat because it was the first thing I thought of and because cats have a good life - well at least in the US they do. And then the interviewer immediately looked a little embarrassed and said that he had been told to ask me that question to see how I would react, but that he thought it was a stupid question. In the end, I didn’t get the job, so maybe the interviewer wasn’t very fond of cats...

Eu estava sendo entrevistado para um emprego e o entrevistador me perguntou: “Em qual animal você gostaria de reencarnar” Então eu disse um gato porque foi a primeira coisa que pensei e porque os gatos têm uma vida boa - bem, pelo menos nos EUA eles têm. E então o entrevistador imediatamente pareceu um pouco envergonhado e disse que lhe disseram para me fazer essa pergunta para ver como eu reagiria, mas que ele achava que era uma pergunta estúpida. No final, não consegui o emprego, então talvez o entrevistador não gostasse muito de gatos...
